Manually sets the vacuuming time
Short injections of air prevent the degassing of meat during the sealing phase. This ensures a longer shelf life and prevents air bubbles in the packaging.

Adjusts the product to the correct position in relation to the sealing bar for optimal packaging. This also reduces the volume of the chamber and speeds up the vacuuming process.
